All employees and contractors who contribute to our work sign a Confidential Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement (CIIAA) that assigns all work product and inventions to the company.
Nothing on this website or in our products grants you any license to BlackOrigin's intellectual property unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. The BlackOrigin name, logo, and product names are trademarks of BlackOrigin, Inc.
